WEEK FOUR: Clients target audience.

The AIS's advertising campaigns are generally aimed at potential users of the facility aka professional athletes, school leavers looking to gain scholarships or education at the AIS, people that play sports on a national level and general sports enthusiasts.

A lot of this audience will be located interstate and not in Canberra or the ACT, generally they will be fairly young adolescent to young adults who are still in their sporting prime and looking to study.

I think I could produce images that are more appropriate for the target audience for the client by making more time appropriate photographs that are vibrant in colour, youthful and capture a sense of motion, action and energy which are key attributes of the institute of sport. The images will remain professional of course to reflect the institutions world class reputation.
